Initial consultation appointment for New Patients to the clinic who are not already under Chiropractic care with any practitioner at the clinic. Involves a detailed case history, a thorough examination, a report of findings including your diagnosis and treatment plan and your first Chiropractic treatment. *

All New Patients will be required to fill in a "New Patient Intake" form which will be included in the appointment confirmation email. Please fill this in as quickly as possible once you've made your appointment.

If you are struggling to find a time that suits you or our practitioner availability is limited please email us at info@elmschiropractic.co.uk and we can arrange a time with you.

*Sometimes further information, tests or images such as blood tests, an Xray or MRI are necessary prior to commencing chiropractic treatment. This doesn’t occur often, but If it does your chiropractor will help organise this for you. It's rare, but sometimes in complicated cases, where more time is necessary and used, treatment will start on the following visit.

When booking a New Patient appointment, £1.18 is the Stripe transaction fee and this is non-refundable.
